Join ETC! for a pre-conference yoga flow in partnership with I Am Yoga Wellness Studio. This offering will focus on breathwork, stretching, and setting your intention for the day. This is a beginner-level flow.
You Must register for the pre-conference yoga flow session to participate here: https://stanislaus.k12oms.org/1675-215107Yoga session is included in your ETC! Confernece registration fee. - Check-in starts at 7:00 AM (For yoga session only. Conference registration will take place at 7:30).
- Yoga flow will begin promptly at 7:10 AM
- 30-40 minute yoga flow session
- Session will be held outside (weather permitting) so dress comfortably and in layers to account for weather
- Yoga mat will be provided
- Please bring a water bottle, towel, and change of clothes for the conference (Bathrooms are available for changing clothes)
