Assignments to meet the required fifteen hours for the CE Unit:
- Complete and submit the University Extended Education Registration Form online. Credit card payment only.

STEP 3:Click here to access the Lesson Plan Form(3 hours)- Complete the requirements for the ETC! 2022 digital badge that calls for evidence to be submitted showcasing your lesson was implemented with your students/audience.

All required documents need to be submitted electronically before the deadline of
May 13, 2022. Upon request, participants will receive a certificate specifying the completion of fifteen hours of instructional student work no later than May 27, 2022.
